I have to pay extra fees for shipment to the UK? Since 01/01/2021 the United Kingdom is no longer a member of the European Union. For orders over 135GBP you have to pay taxes (20%) and customs.
Where is my order? Please use the tracking link in the shipping email or user account to track the parcel. If there is no shipping email yet, the goods have not been shipped yet. Please note the indicated delivery time!
How can I log in to my user account? Please note that a user account is only created if an account creation is actively selected at the end of the order. Otherwise the order will be managed as guest order. If you have an account, we recommend that you log in before you order. If the login fails please reset the password.
Where can I find my invoice? In order to save resources Motea sends all invoices by e-mail only. There is no invoice in the parcel. If you don't receive an invoice please check your email box and your spam folder.
