With a little more practice, the first manoeuvres are good. Jacking up the bike on the main stand is not too difficult (R1200 RS).

Solid stand, unfortunately doesn't work on an old R 65 - probably the lever travel is somehow unfavourable - but you can't blame the stand for that.
