How does the vest's airbag work?
The vest has a rip cord that is attached to one end of the motorcycle under the seat. The driver connects the other end to the vest with a quick release fastener. If the rider and the motorcycle are separated from each other in the event of an accident or a fall, the rip cord releases the CO2 cartridge and the vest inflates completely within 0.3 seconds. The complete protective effect already exists before the impact.
Can the vest be accidentally triggered?
Before getting off the motorcycle, the connection between the vest and the motorcycle must be disconnected. The mechanism for inflating the vest is only triggered when the pull weight is 30kg. It is almost impossible to accidentally release the vest, even if you forget to unplug the rip cord.
Can I continue to use the vest after a fall?
If the vest has triggered, it can still be used without any problems if it has not been damaged by the fall. The CO2 cartridge and pull cord are available separately. Inflating the vest does not affect its future function.
